Carrie Siahpush is a nonprofit leader, artist, and champion of arts access who brings more than 15 years of experience guiding cultural organizations through transformation. Known for a leadership style that blends radical candor with genuine care, she brings people together to build inclusive teams and vibrant communities, while also raising millions of dollars in support of the arts. Carrie is a passionate advocate for arts access, insisting that the opportunity to create and experience art must be available to everyone, regardless of background or ability. She believes deeply in the capacity of creativity to build power within communities and foster a greater sense of belonging. 

Carrie spent 20 years in Seattle raising her family and building her career in the arts, followed by almost two years of living and making art in Akumal, Mexico. She and her partner happily settled in Portland last year to be closer to her extended family.
